Current status: JaniMargin has been retired. The public website is an informational notice and no longer accepts registrations, bid inputs, feedback, proposals, or support messages.
1. Current website activity
JaniMargin no longer operates application analytics or product-usage tracking. The hosting provider may still process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, timestamp, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.
2. Historical beta records
During the beta, JaniMargin recorded limited information entered by users and generated by service use. This could include facility and estimate inputs, a random session identifier, proposal actions, an email address or business name voluntarily provided, feedback, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, and abuse-prevention records.
A final private archive was retained when the project closed. It is maintained for historical, security, legal, and business-record purposes and is not used for continued marketing or product operation.
3. Sharing and sale
JaniMargin did not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Historical records may be processed by infrastructure providers under appropriate restrictions or disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
4. Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for retained records. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Records will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes stated above, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. To make a request, write to JaniMargin, P.O. Box 512, Oroville, WA 98844. Include enough information to identify the record, such as the email address used during the beta. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
6. Children
JaniMargin was a business service intended for adults and was not directed to children under 18.
